The SunSetter Sand fabric extends out 10 ft. 2 in. from your house and is made of an exclusive multilayer Vinyl material that is 100% waterproof and blocks 99.9% of UV rays making it the only awning brand to earn the prestigious Good Housekeeping Seal and the Skin Cancer Foundation's Seal of Recommendation for effective UV protection. As well, the fabric is mildew and flame resistant and easy to keep clean. The awning can be owner installed, typically in 2 to 3 hours and can be installed on wood, brick, stucco, aluminum, or vinyl siding. To ensure your SunSetter VISTA Awning will fit on your home perfectly; first measure the height of the wall where you want to install your awning. You need at least 7 ft. 6 in. from your deck or patio floor to the bottom of any roof, eave, or overhang to install your VISTA Awning. You can install this awning up to 10 ft. off the floor. Next, measure along the side of your home to make sure you have enough width to accommodate this 15 ft. wide awning. Lastly, measure to make sure that you have at least 8 inches of clear, unobstructed space horizontally along your wall where the awning will attach to your house (for example, make sure there are no light fixtures, vents, etc. obstructing this space).
