It is designed to hang from a closet rod and can be moved from place to place and even used when traveling. The hanger is made of strong aluminum. The backing material is cotton canvas. The pockets are clear vinyl and are stitched into the cotton canvas. When hanging, the dimensions are 35" long x 18" wide. The width will work in any closet.
