The element grill gives you the convenience of gas in a smart new design. Direct and indirect options for complete control no matter what your cooking style. No charcoal required. It features a 24,000 btu dual zone burner. Use zone 1 to bake, barbecue and roast or close the roasting lid to utilize zone 2 burner to generate convection heat. Barbecue and smoke with the roasting lid. Element uses cast iron because is the best material for maximum heat conduction. Tucked under the cast iron grill top is a wood prep tray that can hold tools, bowls, and beverages, you name it. Proper storage with a removable front panel keeps the tank out of sight, but within easy reach. Elements electronic ignition dial gives you complete control over temperature and dual zone burners.
